Your order will be shipped the same day when received by 5:00 P.M. east coast time Monday through Friday . Orders are shipped in unmarked packaging.

Returns Policy - If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased from Home Health Testing®, simply return it within 30 days of purchase along with your sales receipt and we will promptly refund your purchase price less shipping charges.
