Video: How to get PDT90 Hair Test Results

This video will show you how to complete your PDT90 hair drug test after you have cut your hair sample and how to obtain your test results with the code in the kit.

I am going to show you how to do a PDT90 hair drug test.

You will need a hair sample the diameter of a pencil or a soda straw.

Secure your hair sample in the foil wrapper.

Insert the foil wrapped sample into the sample acquisitions card with the root ends to the left.

Tear the PDT90 code card from the sample acquisitions card. The code card contains your PDT90 code number and our toll free results number. Place it in a safe place since you will need it to receive the test results.

Place the integrity seal on the sample acquistions card once the hair sample has been inserted.

Date the integrity seal.

Read and initial the sample acquistion card in the space provided.

Insert the sample acquistions card into the first class paid return envelope. Seal the envelope and drop into any mail box, no postage is needed.

To receive the hair drug test results, call 1-800-720-4247 with your PDT90 code number. Test results are available within five business days after lab receives hair sample.
