Orders from Home Health Testing® are
STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL!
We ship today - Your order will be shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped in unmarked packaging.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards and Pay Pal. The charge on your credit card statement will discreetly read "HomeHealthTesting".
Shipping Options:
In addition to US Postal Priority Mail, we offer several other USPS shipping options and UPS - United Parcel Service shipping options:
- USPS Priority Mail: Delivery in 1 to 4 days (Monday-Saturday) to most locations
- USPS First Class Mail: Delivery in 1 to 7 days (Monday-Saturday).
- UPS Next Day Air Early A.M: Delivery next business day (M-F) as early as 8:00 a.m.
- UPS Next Day Air: Deliver next business day (M-F) typically by 10:30 a.m.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: Delivery next business day (M-F) typically by 3:00 p.m.
- UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.: Delivery in 2 business days (M-F) typically by 10:30 a.m.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery in 2 business days (M-F) typically by end of the day
- UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery in 3 business days (M-F) by end of the day
- UPS Ground: Delivery based on distance to destination - typically in 3 to 5 business days (M-F)
- International shipments vary by country
Please be aware that UPS operates on a BUSINESS DAY schedule. At this time Home Health Testing does not offer the UPS Saturday delivery service which has a very different and costlier pricing scale than its Monday-Friday service. If you would like your order to arrive on a Saturday, please select a USPS shipping option instead of UPS.

Returns Policy - If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased from Home Health Testing®, simply return it within 15 days of purchase along with your sales receipt to 44 Darlington Ave, Wilmington,NC 28403 and we will promptly refund your purchase price less shipping charges.
